About Us
Built on experience. Driven by dedication. Delivered with purpose.
At E&S Hotshot Express, we're more than a transportation company - we're a family-owned business built on hard work, integrity, and a commitment to doing things right. Based in North Dakota, we take pride in providing dependable, professional hauling services to customers across a variety of industries, including oilfield, industrial, construction and agriculture.
Eric Frenzel, Co-Owner & Driver, brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in hotshot trucking and oilfield transportation. His knowledge of the industry, dedication to safe hauling, and understanding of the importance of keeping operations moving are the heart of what we do. Eric believes in treating every load with care and every customer with respect, because he knows that behind every delivery is a deadline, a job to be done, and a business counting on us.
Shaelee Frenzel, Co-Owner & Business Manager, brings 8 years of oilfield industry experience, along with the knowledge and understanding that come from wokring in the industry first hand. She keeps the business running behind the scenes, managing the bookkeeping, paperwork, and day-to-day operations. From coordinating the details to supporting customer relationships, Shaelee is dedicated to making every interaction professional, organized and personal.
Together, Eric and Shaelee combine more than 23 years of industry experience with a shared commitment to building a business their family can be proud of. As a family-owned company, we understand the value of honest communication, dependable service, and following through on our word. At E&S Hotshot Express, we believe in hard work, strong relationships, and putting our customers first. We're not just building a business - we're building a legacy rooted in family, faith and the freedom to what we love.
